Despite the fact that club administrators are still getting used to Baseball Victoria’s new registration system, BV is taking a heavy handed approach and we need to act now to get all our players paid and registered by the weekend.
Therefore, for those who have not paid fees as at today’s date, and according to a Baseball Victoria directive, ALL players must register and pay IMMEDIATELY through the registration system on our website (refer the link below). Failure to do so renders you IMMEDIATELY INELIGIBLE to play. BVs definition of eligible is that players have to be financial, therefore, registering without paying will mean a player is still ineligible. Anyone playing unregistered will be fined by BV and this fine will be passed on to that player, the club will not pay this on anyone’s behalf. Payment through this method can only be done by credit card or debit card as it is paid directly to BVs service provider – EFT, cash, cheque or credit card at the club are not an option at this point in time. There is also no option for part payments, payment must be made in full. We appreciate this is limiting but it’s out of hands.
